2 Westbrook restaurants listed for sale
Two downtown Westbrook restaurants, Stockhouse Restaurant and Sports Pub and Brea Lu Cafe, are on the market.
Stockhouse, which opened in 2005 at 506 Main St., is listed on buybizsell.com for $800,000. Brea Lu Cafe is listed on the same site for $275,000. The Brea Lu listing notes that the seller is “motivated” and hopes to sell by the end of the year.
The owners of both restaurants could not be reached for comment before deadline.
Brea Lu originally opened in 1989 on Forest Avenue in Portland. The restaurant moved to Cumberland Street in Westbrook after a devastating 2016 fire at the Portland property. It moved to Main Street in 2024.
