The student’s situation
The student, a 15‑year‑old with multiple disabilities, had been in a specialized program outside of the Falmouth School District. In October 2023, district officials voted to transfer the teenager back to Falmouth Elementary, citing a need for the child to receive “full‑time services” in a more integrated setting.
