Sea Dogs give up 16 hits in loss to Fisher Cats

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats racked up 16 hits, including three home runs, in their 14-0 win over the Portland Sea Dogs in an Eastern League game on Saturday in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Aaron Parker was 3 for 4 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored for New Hampshire. Victor Arias hit a grand slam off Sea Dogs position player Ahbram Liendo and Tucker Toman had a home run and a double. Carter Cunningham added two doubles and scored three times.
Portland starting pitcher Michael Sansone allowed six runs on nine hits in five innings and falls to 3-2.
Danny Thompson Jr. pitched six scoreless innings to earn the win. He allowed five hits, struck out seven and didn’t walk a batter.
The Sea Dogs managed just five hits and one walk, and struck out 13 times.
