I cannot write a substantive news article from this source material. The wire story provides only two concrete facts: the date (June 4) and location (Minibar in Portland, Maine). There is no information about what type of event is planned, who is hosting or attending, why the event is being held, or any quotes from sources.
A valid news article requires meaningful facts to report. I would need additional information such as:
- What event is occurring (concert, fundraiser, community meeting, etc.)
- Who is organizing or participating
- What the purpose or significance of the event is
- Quotes from organizers, participants, or affected parties
- Context about why this event matters to readers
Without these details, any article I wrote would require fabricating information, which would violate journalistic standards and the instructions to use "only those facts."
If you can provide the full wire story with additional details, I'd be happy to write the article.
