Portland I-295 ramp closed for police investigation

A southbound ramp to I-295 in Portland is closed Thursday for a police investigation.
The ramp at Washington Avenue and Bates Street is expected to be closed until mid-morning, according to a Facebook post by the Portland Police Department around 1 a.m. Thursday.
A spokesperson for the police department did not immediately respond to questions about the investigation.
