Portland fundraiser honors Maine’s first emergency communications comfort dog who was found dead last year

Note: The source headline provided is extremely brief and does not contain enough detail to construct a full-length news article. Without information about the dog park's name, the organization involved, how the fundraiser works, when it takes place, what Baxter's story is, or any direct quotes, it is not possible to produce an original, accurate article of meaningful length. If you can share the full body of the wire story, I will be happy to write a complete article from it.
