Although we live in Pine Point, we do travel regularly down Route 1 to New Hampshire and we always enjoy seeing the big tin roosters [(“Ogunquit family battling to keep tin rooster sculptures on display,”](https://www.pressherald.com/2026/06/30/ogunquit-family-battling-to-keep-tin-rooster-sculptures-on-display/) July 1).
And never once did I think they were advertising anything. They just fit the general charm of southern coastal Maine. Let them alone!
