PHIPPSBURG – Philippe W. Pelletier, a beloved community member and resident of Phippsburg, died on June 25, 2026, at the age of 78.
A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 12 p.m. at The Hermit Island Kelp Shed, a scenic venue overlooking the Atlantic. The service will include military honors, reflecting Mr. Pelletier’s commitment to public service and the values of the local veteran community.
