Obituary: Pauline A. McLuer

It is with sadness that Maine News Now shares the passing of Pauline A. McLuer, a longtime resident of Arrowsic, who died on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the age of 75.

Born and raised in Lewiston, Pauline was the daughter of Ernest and Noella (Caron) Giguere. She went on to build her life along Maine's midcoast, becoming a familiar and cherished presence in the Arrowsic community.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Pauline's life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, at Daigle Funeral Home, located at 819 High St. in Bath. A reception will follow at the Bath Senior Citizens Center, 45 Floral St., Bath, where loved ones can gather to share memories and honor her legacy.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be directed to the Midcoast Humane Society, 5 Industrial Parkway, Brunswick, ME 04011, a cause that reflected Pauline's well-known love for animals.
