NAPLES, Fla. – Cynthia B. Bizon 78, of Naples, Fla., and Buxton, peacefully passed away July 13, 2026 after a brief illness. She was born in Middletown, Conn., to parents Russel P. and Evelyn G. Billingham. She attended local Cromwell schools and graduated in 1966, subsequently attended and graduated from Then University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy in 1971. She leaves her loving husband and cousins. After a private ceremony, Cynthia will be interred at The Hillsid West Cemetery, located at Hillside Road, Cromwell, Conn.
