Minnesota woman's mugshot goes viral after social media users spot resemblance to Jennifer Lopez

A booking photo of Cyrena Anne Quast, 35, has drawn widespread attention online after viewers spotted a strong resemblance to pop star Jennifer Lopez. Quast was arrested Aug. 30 in Monticello on a gross misdemeanor theft charge after allegedly taking two double packs of power tool batteries worth about $580 from a local store, according to a criminal complaint.

Social media users quickly compared the image to the superstar, with some declaring the two could pass for twins and others joking that Quast looked like J.Lo after "a really rough week." Comments referenced Lopez's 2002 hit "Jenny from the Block," with one user calling Quast "the real Jenny from the block." A few suggested she might have a future as a stunt double, though not everyone agreed; some critics insisted she looked nothing like the singer.

Authorities said an employee recognized Quast from a similar theft committed days earlier and alerted police, leading to her arrest. She was booked into the Wright County Jail.
