Kennebunk animal sanctuary owner feels caught in limbo over zoning compliance

 Heather Lombard, owner of Scapegoats and Mousam Misfits Sanctuary, says she was told this month that her pigs and goats would have to be sent to new homes. Since then, though, she's gotten mixed messages from the town.
