I’ll be sticking with Susan | Letter

I am, and have been, a registered Republican for most of my adult life. There have been times when I have not voted that way, depending on issues and candidates.  I had planned not to support my party this year because my aim is not to do anything that might support Donald Trump.

So, who do the Democrats offer up as a candidate for election to the United State Senate? Yikes! A man with no legislative experience, a man who does not respect women.

Susan Collins has been a very respected and active senator. She has raised millions of dollars for the state of Maine. Her only problem is that she is a member of the same party as Donald Trump. He’ll be gone in a couple of years and Susan will still be working hard for Maine. I will vote for her again as she is the best candidate for Maine and America.
