Hilaria Baldwin, 42, has made a name for herself not only as a mother of seven and a former contestant on the reality show Nation’s Dumbest, but also as a fitness enthusiast who turns everyday spaces into workout stations.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Baldwin explained how she integrates exercise into an otherwise hectic parenting schedule. “I run every day… if I can get 30 minutes of my cardio, it helps my mind,” she told reporters, adding that the routine “gets me a little more regulated with my nervous system.” When asked about her go‑to workout when time is tight, she pointed to “yoga, my little bathroom workouts, or a stop‑and‑drop little workout.” She also praised barre classes, saying she loves the format at Physique 57.

Baldwin didn’t shy away from showing the practical side of these “bathroom workouts.” Last month she posted a video of herself in a bikini, demonstrating glute exercises on a bathroom floor for her social‑media followers. “It’s not always the same,” she said when asked about her diet, clarifying that while she has eaten salads regularly in the past, she also enjoys “the slice of pizza once in a while. Have the ice cream. I think it’s just a bit of a balance.”

Her husband, actor Alec Baldwin, has occasionally joined her sessions, though Baldwin’s flexibility has proven a challenge. “Can’t touch his toes,” Baldwin laughed. “I literally married the most inflexible person I have ever met.”

Beyond fitness, Baldwin shared personal insights on maintaining a long‑term marriage. The couple have been together for more than fifteen years, having met in February 2011. She told Fox News Digital that the key to their relationship is mutual commitment through both the good times and the difficult ones. “If both people don’t really want to be there through your difficult moments, through your best moments, then it’s just not going to probably work out,” she explained. “Both Alec and I… we’ve wanted to be there, and that’s what’s kept us strong.”

Baldwin’s appearance on Nation’s Dumbest comes as the show debuts a new concept: contestants avoid being crowned the “dumbest” rather than proving their intelligence. The series, which premiered on Wednesday evenings at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on FOX, features a diverse roster that includes Carmen Electra, Anthony Michael Hall, Ice‑T, Elle King, Matt Leinart, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Steve‑O, JoJo Siwa, Andrew Yang, Jon Heder, and Chase Hudson.

The Baldwin household, located in New York, consists of their seven children—daughters Carmen, María and Ilaria; sons Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo and Eduardo—along with Alec’s daughter Ireland from a previous marriage, who became a first‑time grandmother last year when her daughter Holland was born.

Baldwin’s blend of candid fitness advice, balanced eating, and marital wisdom has resonated with many viewers, positioning her as a relatable role model for parents seeking to maintain health and harmony in their daily lives.
