Hannaford recalls ground beef product sold at Farmington location

Hannaford is recalling packages of its ground beef sold at a Farmington store over the weekend for potentially containing foreign material.
The recall, announced on Monday, applies to packages of Hannaford brand 81% lean and 19% fat ground beef purchased at the store at 131 Hannaford Drive in Farmington on Saturday.
The impacted universal product code numbers are 21129100000; 21128700000; and 21128800000 and have a “sell-by” date of Aug. 2.
No injuries or illnesses have been reported as of Monday, according to Hannaford, and the recall only applies to the Farmington store.
Customers can return the product or its packaging to the store for a full refund.
