Ex-WWE star touts NXT roster, names tag team he'd like The Headbangers to go up against one day

Former WWE Star Mosh Praises NXT’s Rising Talent and Culture
Former WWE performer Chaz “Mosh” Warrington, who now heads the Live Fortunate premium lifestyle line, spoke with OutKick Dropkick last week about what makes WWE’s developmental brand, NXT, a hotbed for the next generation of stars.
“It’s the culture they’ve built,” Mosh said. “The environment is unbelievable and crazy great.” He added that when a NXT performer gets called up to the main roster, “the next person steps right in and there’s no lull. They know what’s coming up and they know what’s going on.”
The veteran noted that even wrestlers from the main roster “still go down to NXT to work out and train.” He recalled seeing them in the gym, exchanging tips and warning young talent that “this is what you need to do to be next in line.”
Mosh highlighted a handful of NXT’s brightest prospects that he believes are poised for breakout moments. “The obvious is the guys on top. Kelani (Jordan) is amazing. Jaida (Parker) is amazing. Then you have Kam Hendricks, who’s going to be another great superstar,” he said. He also mentioned Grayson Waller, who “came in and made a huge impact by calling out the locker room.”
The former superstar pointed to several NXT performers who have already made headlines. Lola Vice earned a spot in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match on her main‑roster debut. Sol Ruca held the Women’s Intercontinental Championship for 57 days earlier this year. Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia each captured titles before being promoted. Men’s competitors Je’Von Evans, Bron Breakker and Oba Femi have also seen the main‑roster spotlight, with the latter reportedly ending Brock Lesnar’s career in a feud.
Mosh also shared his excitement about tag‑team possibilities. “I love Hank and Tank. If there’s ever an opportunity for us, for The Headbangers—Mosh and Thrasher—to wrestle Hank and Tank, I would absolutely love that,” he said. He praised the collective talent of groups like Birthright, Harlem Lewis, and Harley Riggins from Evolve, noting the “wrestling gene” running through them.
Beyond the ring, Mosh’s Live Fortunate brand emphasizes perseverance and steady focus, values he says he applies both in business and in the gym. “I’ve gotten to spend some time with the NXT stars and named a few wrestlers to watch and a tag team I’d like to see The Headbangers possibly get into the ring with one day,” he explained.
The interview, which was posted on OutKick Dropkick, underscores the fluidity between WWE’s developmental and main‑roster levels. As NXT continues to churn out talent that quickly ascends, Mosh’s endorsement serves as both a nod to the brand’s success and a glimpse of the future faces that could shape WWE’s next chapter.
