Death Notice: Doris Tanguay

Doris Tanguay, a longtime resident of Gorham, passed away on May 4 at the age of 90.

Tanguay was born and raised in the Gorham area, where she lived most of her life. Those who knew her described her as a devoted family member and a steady presence in her community.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in her memory on June 5 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Westbrook. Family and friends are invited to attend the ceremony to honor her life and legacy.

Tanguay is survived by her family, whose lives she touched through her kindness and dedication to those around her. She will be remembered for the warmth she showed to others and the strength she demonstrated throughout her nine decades of life.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in her honor to a charity of one's choosing.
